Through a blend of live and virtual interactions, Project Thrive aims to foster resilience and well-being, empowering participants to flourish emotionally, mentally, and physically.

Creating "SPACES TO DISCUSS MENTAL WELLNESS WITHIN OUR COMMUNITY."
The Mental Health Awareness Workshop "You Matter" have been hosted in Georgetown, SC and Atlanta, GA
​The workshop is free and open to the public. Lunch is provided; and registration is required.
The goal of this event is to address mental health issues and silence the stigma. This event is open to all individual's male, female and youth who may have experienced trauma from family and/or generational history, legal system, gun violence, physical violence and more.
​
Lunch provided, free giveaways, resources and counselor on site who can assist further after the event if someone is in need of additional services.
