Programs

Our programs are lifelines for empowerment, growth, and transformation, equipping individuals with the tools to overcome challenges, build resilience, and create positive change in their lives and communities.

We accomplish this through mentorship, conflict resolution training, leadership development, and opportunities that empower individuals to build stronger connections, and become advocates for themselves and others.

These efforts create a ripple effect of positive change, benefiting at-risk individuals and strengthening broader communities.

CONFLICT RESOLUTION

Resolve with Purpose is an innovative 12-week conflict resolution program designed to empower individuals to break cycles of violence and foster lasting positive change. Rooted in a comprehensive 12-module curriculum grounded in social-emotional learning, the program equips participants with essential skills, including effective communication, emotional regulation, and empathy.

Each week, participants engage in a focused session that teaches conflict mediation, emotional wellness, relationship-building, and advocacy for nonviolence. By the end of the program, participants are equipped to lead with purpose and resolve, becoming agents of meaningful and sustainable change.

Youth Connect: Summer Camp is a vibrant and empowering program designed to provide youth with a summer of growth, discovery, and leadership. Participants will engage in interactive workshops, creative projects, and team-building activities that build resilience, foster confidence, and inspire meaningful connections. With opportunities to explore advocacy, lead community service projects, and develop essential life skills, Youth Connect: Summer Camp equips youth with the tools to thrive in their personal lives and beyond. Combined with fun recreational activities, the camp offers a supportive and engaging environment where youth can discover their potential, form lasting friendships, and create a positive impact.

JHOSI YOUTH COUNCIL

Jared’s Heart of Success Youth Advisory Council (YAC) is a leadership platform dedicated to empowering youth to create positive change in their schools, communities, and beyond. As advocates for mental wellness, nonviolence, and social justice, YAC members use their voices to influence decisions and initiatives that impact their generation.

Through teamwork, civic engagement, and leadership development, members of the council plan and implement meaningful projects and events while gaining valuable skills in collaboration, empathy, and problem-solving. Acting as a bridge between youth and community leaders, the Jared’s Heart of Success YAC ensures that young perspectives are heard, valued, and central to driving lasting, positive change.

S.T.E.M Literacy Program

Our STEM Literacy Program empowers youth with the skills and knowledge to thrive in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. By integrating hands-on activities, real-world problem-solving, and critical thinking, we aim to inspire curiosity, foster innovation, and prepare participants for academic and career success. Through mentorship and access to resources, the program bridges gaps in STEM education and cultivates a lifelong passion for learning and discovery.

STEM allows individuals to connect their learning in these critical areas together with arts practices, elements, and design principles. This year we also incorporated coding into our comprehensive opportunities for creativity, innovation, and critical thinking.
